Each application is evaluated according to the curriculum and a brief motivational letter. The interview is structured to last one hour and consists of three separate interviews, lasting about 20 minutes, with each of the three founding members. At the end of the three interviews, an evaluation report is submitted internally. After having met all the candidates, usually within two weeks, everyone is given a feedback about the result.
